Fall 2009 Couture: D&G

There is something so perfect happening this fall in couture.  All my favorite designers are stomping those runways with period pieces, and those happen to be periods of history I absolutely love...Victorian, 1940s, it's all a bit too much to take in.  D&G is no exception to this.  I saw the center dress and absolutely tasted the envy.

I'll take one of those dresses.

I'll take one of those boys (and his jacket).

I'll take both rooms.

While I'm at it, I'll take these four little suits for the vixen-librarian lurking inside.

Look at those smart smart shoulders! Except that I want to wear those suit jackets with a wild skirt, raw over-the-knee boots and a hat made of yak fur - blaspheme perhaps? But you know I've never cared.
