A new restaurant just opened in West Seattle. 

Even if you don't like pork (you know who you are), how can you resist the NAME?!!!

Apparently, it was a preexisitng butcher shop called the Swinery, but the restaurant is called 

Inner Sanctum of the Temple of Porcine Love

I want to go to there.

If you must go virgin...

Huckleberry Maple-Blossom would certainly fit the bill.

(But wouldn't it be so much better with a bit of Hendricks?)
